I Stayed at Westgate Resorts Here’s My Brutally Honest Review
I recently had the opportunity to stay at one of the Westgate Resorts, a popular chain of luxury resorts and hotels. I’ve heard mixed reviews about this place, so I was curious to see what my experience would be like. Here’s my brutally honest review.
Upon arrival, the first thing that caught my eye was the grandeur and opulence of their architecture – a perfect blend of modernity with traditional elements. The staff greeted me warmly and were quick to attend to all my needs throughout my stay which made for an excellent first impression.
My room was spacious with tasteful décor; it felt more like a luxurious apartment than a hotel room. It featured a fully equipped kitchenette, comfortable king-sized bed, large flat-screen TV and an oversized whirlpool tub in the bathroom. The view from my balcony was breathtaking; overlooking lush green landscapes during day time and twinkling city lights at night.
The amenities offered by Westgate Resorts reviews are top-notch as well. They have multiple swimming pools including one with a water park for children which is quite impressive. Their fitness center is well-equipped and accessible round-the-clock for fitness enthusiasts like me who prefer working out at odd hours.
Their on-site dining options offer diverse cuisine ranging from fine dining restaurants to casual eateries ensuring there’s something for every palate. My personal favorite was their steakhouse where I enjoyed some of the best steaks I’ve ever had!
However, it wasn’t all smooth sailing during my stay. There were few areas where they could certainly improve upon such as housekeeping services which were inconsistent at times – some days they did an excellent job while on others not so much.
Another area that needs attention is their Wi-Fi service; despite being complimentary it wasn’t reliable enough especially when you’re on vacation or business trip needing constant internet access.
Despite these minor setbacks, what truly sets Westgate Resorts apart is their exceptional customer service – every staff member went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, addressing any issues promptly with a smile.
In terms of location, the resort is strategically situated close to popular tourist attractions making it convenient for guests who wish to explore the city. They also offer shuttle services to these spots which is a great added convenience.
To sum up, Westgate Resorts offers an overall fantastic experience – luxurious accommodation, top-notch amenities, excellent customer service and strategic location. Despite minor hiccups in housekeeping and Wi-Fi services which I believe can be improved upon, I would definitely recommend staying at Westgate Resorts for its value for money and memorable experience.
